Samolet Group board of directors recommends no dividends for 2022

MOSCOW, Jun 8 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian real estate developer Samolet Group has recommended paying no dividends for 2022 and leaving the net profit for the year undisbursed, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

The company plans to return to consideration of dividend payments in July–September, Samolet said.

The company’s net profit soared by 81% on the year to 15.3 billion rubles in 2022. Core shareholders of the company are Mikhail Kenin and Pavel Golubkov.
